Shipping & Returns

All My Fancy Pillow orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.  If you have a need to have it shipped out faster, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@myfancypillow.com.

We ship USPS, and will provide a tracking number in your account once the order has shipped.

Our return policy is simple. If you don't love your My Fancy Pillow order, then please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase and we'll do everything we can to make things right. We do ask that any returns that are not manufacturing defects be in original condition / packaging. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping or come up with a solution to make sure you are covered 100%. We want all of our awesome customers to be happy.   Please contact us at hello@myfancypillow if you have any concerns or issues.
